Service Description
  • Long-term Capacity Needs: You need to hire qualified staff for a stable long-term engagement.
  • Direct Relationship Between You and Staff: You will contract the future employee or contractor either through an employment relationship or a contract.
  • Personal Recruitment Consultant: From our side, one person is dedicated to you throughout the entire process.
  • Tiered Range of Services: We cover the recruitment process for you at three levels – Essential, Standard, and Premium, which differ in the scope of services we provide.
  • Guarantee on Our Services: If you decide to terminate the collaboration due to dissatisfaction with our candidate within a certain time after their start, we will refund our fee.
  • Variable Fee Amount: Our fee is set as a multiple of the candidate’s gross salary or gross monthly reward (in the case of a contract).

The fee for our services varies for each service level (Essential, Standard, Premium) depending on whether our collaboration is exclusive:

  • Contingency Model: For filling the position, you work not only with Your Edge but also with other agencies (i.e. non- exclusive cooperation).
  • Exclusive Model: For filling the position, you work exclusively with Your Edge for a predetermined period (typically 1 month).
    • Our fee in the Exclusive model is lower than in the Contingency model.
    • The quality of candidates delivered by us is generally higher in the Exclusive model because the exclusivity of the collaboration allows us to dedicate more time to our work.
