Data Management

The goal of this project was to design and implement processes to ensure quality of business data and efficient implementation of changes of data-intensive systems in a bank. The processes were designed and implemented together with a suitable organization structure.

Our consultants at first analyzed the expectations and constraints to suggest an overall strategy for this process engineering mission, utilizing suitable domain-specific knowledge (see Data Governance and Data Quality Management). Then, they came up with a global object system model, a global process system model, and an appropriate definition of organization structure. After a series of validation workshops with key stakeholders (including CIO, CDO and heads of business departments) and people considered to be playing suggested roles, they designed the corresponding detailed object system model and the detailed process system model (process flows). After that, they led trainings to implement the processes in practice and make them sustainable.
