About Jan
Jan has been working in the field of data management and business intelligence for over 20 years, primarily with companies in the financial sector. Drawing on his practical expertise in data governance, data quality, and regulatory reporting, he helps organisations transform data into a reliable foundation for strategic decision-making.
Having started his career at Česká spořitelna, Jan has progressed through various roles—from regulatory reporting analyst to lead of the BI Core Team, responsible for implementing data management and data quality management systems. As a Data Governance Expert within the KBC/ČSOB group, he implemented comprehensive data governance frameworks, and as Product Owner for BICC Data Management, he standardized BI processes across the entire group. He served as a Release Train Engineer for KBC Global Services and orchestrated the delivery of critical platform services for multi-tenant data warehouses and regulatory reporting.

Owing to his ability to understand client needs on both the technical and managerial level, he is able to identify data challenges, propose solutions, and guide clients from initial consultation to implementation of a partnership delivering measurable results.
