Our consultants prepared a methodology to plan, organize, design, implement, test, and deploy the upgrade so the transition would not negatively impact the daily use of the Data Warehouse. Also, several business and technology optimizations were done during the upgrade to further improve its value through better business service and lower resource consumption.
